1. General Information

These Terms govern the sale of no-spoiler jigsaw puzzles by:

Important: Our products are not suitable for children under 5 years of age due to small parts.

2. Orders and Purchase

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and process payment.

• All orders are processed as guest transactions
• Order confirmations are sent via email
• We reserve the right to refuse orders if products are unavailable
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order

3. Products

Our no-spoiler jigsaw puzzles are designed to provide a spoiler-free experience:

• Puzzle images are not revealed on packaging
• Each puzzle includes pieces, a vibe description, and difficulty level
• All puzzles feature human-made artwork (no AI-generated images)
• Not suitable for children under 5 years of age

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices include applicable taxes and are processed securely via Stripe.

• Payment methods: Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Prices may change without notice
• Payment is required before shipping

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select countries. Available regions are shown during checkout.

5.2 Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days from order confirmation
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times may vary due to external factors

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return unopened puzzles within 14 days of delivery.

6.1 Return Conditions

• Unopened only: Products must be in original, unopened packaging
• Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Contact us first: Email julia@piecedtogether.ch before returning

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items, using the original payment method.

7. Product Quality

• We guarantee puzzles are free from manufacturing defects
• Missing or damaged pieces will be replaced at no cost
• Report quality issues within 14 days of delivery

You may subscribe to our newsletter for updates about new puzzles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

9. Intellectual Property

All puzzle designs and artwork are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our designs except for personal use.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law. We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

The courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection laws that may provide for jurisdiction at your place of residence.
